Do you offer jewellery making services?
We prefer to focus our energies on searching the world for beautiful gemstones. We are gemstone experts, we are not jewellers.
We believe you will get the best result by having your jewellery designed and crafted by an expert jeweller. This will give you a quality and bespoke piece, with real meaning to you or your special someone.
You are unique and your jewellery should be too. Having your piece created by a master jeweller will also ensure that you have access to follow up care for your special piece.
Can you recommend a jeweller?
Yes. We work with a handful of expert craftspeople. Please contact us for more information.
I am a jeweller, do you have options for trade clients?
Yes. We want to support the trade wherever possible and offer attractive wholesale prices to jewellers. Please visit our wholesale registration page for further information.
Where are you based?
We are based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Where do you ship?
Currently we shipped to Australia, UK, Europe, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Canada and the USA. If you are located outside these countries please contact us with your location and we will be happy to assist if possible.
Where are your stones from?
Colour Gemstones
Provenance of coloured gemstones depends largely on the type of stone. Our sapphires are sourced predominantly from Sri Lanka & Madagascar, our beryl's (aquamarine, morganite, emerald) from South America and rubies from Mozambique and Myanmar.
The gemstones we source are bought from only legitimate & trusted sources, are conflict-free and not sold to fund conflict.
Many stones come pre-certified by gemologist laboratories around the world. Smaller stones are not always certified but we are happy to provide additional certification if required.
The laboratories that we work most closely with are:
GRS GemResearch Swisslab http://gemresearch.ch/
Lotus Gemology Bangkok https://lotusgemology.com/
Bellerophon Gemlab Bangkok https://www.gemlabanalysis.com/
Tokyo Gemlab http://www.tokyogemlab.co.th/aboutus.php

Diamonds
We source our diamonds from the major global cutting centres of Antwerp, Israel & Mumbai. Rough originates from Africa, Russia, Canada and Australia. We only source from reputable houses that are signatories to the Kimberley Process as well as many other global initiatives that ensure ethical practices in the diamond industry.
The diamonds we purchase are bought from legitimate & trusted sources, conflict-free mines and sources not involved in funding conflict.
The manufacturers that we use all trace their diamonds from rough to sale and are committed to building a sustainable industry that benefits all participants - as are we.
